WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OPTIONS?
We offer a variety of shipping options. In some cases, a third party vendor manages our inventory and is responsible for shipping your products.

DO YOU DELIVERY INTERNATIONALLY?
We offer worldwide shipping.
Please note that we may be subject to different rules and restrictions on some international deliveries and that you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If this is the case, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable in your country and must bear any additional costs or taxes.

ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?
Orders are only shipped on working days

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
Should the delivery be delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and give you a new estimated delivery date.

SHIPPING COSTS

• Austria: 5.00 EUR gross and free of charge for orders of 50 EUR or more
• Germany: 7.50 EUR gross and free of charge for orders of 70 EUR or more
• Rest of EU: 12.50 EUR gross and no free delivery
• International: 30.00 EUR gross and no free delivery
